基于项目式学习的高职公共体育教学策略探索与实践——以《体育舞蹈》为例

摘要:本研究以高职院校公共体育课程《体育舞蹈》为实践载体,系统探索项目式学习(Proj-ect-BasedLearning, PBL)在教学中的应用策略与实践路径。通过文献研究、行动研究、准实验研究及混合研究方法,构建“任务链-能力梯”教学模式,实现技能训练与素养培养的双向融合。研究结果表明,项目式学习能有效提升学生的体育技能水平、团队协作能力、创新思维与自主学习能力,推动高职公共体育课程从“技能传授”向“素养赋能”转型。本研究为高职公共体育教学改革提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式与理论支持。

Exploration and Practice of higher vocational public physical edu-cationteaching strategy based on project-based learning -- Taking Dancesport as an example

Abstract: This study takes the public physical education course “Sports Dance” in vocational colleges as the practical carrier to systematically explore the application strategies and practical paths of Project-Based Learning (PBL) in teaching. Through liter-atureresearch, action research, quasi-experimental research, and mixed research methods, a “task chain-ability ladder” teaching model is constructed to achieve the bidirectional integration of skill training and literacy cultivation. The research results show that PBL can effectively improve students’ sports skill levels, team collaboration abilities, innovative thinking, and autonomous learning abilities, promoting the transformation of vocational public physical education courses from “skill impartation” to “lit-eracyempowerment”. This study provides a reproducible and scalable practical paradigm and theoretical support for the reform of vocational public physical education.
