| 摘要:随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,高职院校体育教学的目标不再仅仅是提高学生的身体素质,更要注重培养学生的体育兴趣,提高他们的运动技能,并使他们在运动中获得快乐,从而养成终身体育锻炼的习惯。快乐体育教学理念应运而生,并在高职体育教学中得到广泛应用。然而,在实践过程中,快乐体育教学也面临着诸多挑战。快乐体育教学理念在高职体育教学中具有重要的现实意义。传统的体育教学模式往往注重技能训练和竞技水平的提高,忽视了学生的兴趣和情感体验,导致学生对体育课缺乏积极性和主动性。快乐体育教学强调以学生为中心,通过创设轻松愉快的教学氛围,运用多样化的教学方法和手段,激发学生的运动兴趣,培养学生的终身体育意识,从而提高体育教学的质量和效果。本文旨在探讨快乐体育教学理念在高职体育教学中的应用现状和存在问题,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为高职体育教学改革提供参考。 |

| New Thoughts on Happy Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Physical Education |

| Abstract: With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, the goal of physical edu-cationin vocational colleges is no longer merely to enhance students’ physical fftness. Instead, it places greater emphasis on cul-tivatingstudents’ interest in sports, improving their athletic skills, and enabling them to derive joy from sports, thereby fostering a lifelong habit of physical exercise. The concept of joyful physical education has emerged and is widely applied in vocational college physical education. However, in practical implementation, joyful physical education also faces numerous challenges. This article aims to explore the connotation, current status, and existing issues of joyful physical education in vocational college physical education, and based on this, propose corresponding improvement strategies, with the hope of providing reference for the reform of physical education in vocational colleges. |
