新时代初中德育的现实困境与优化路径研究

摘要: 初中阶段是青少年世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键期,德育作为落实“立德树人”根本任务的核心载体,直接关系到青少年健全人格的培育。本文基于新时代教育改革背景(“双减”政策、核心素养导向),通过分析当前初中德育的实践现状与突出问题(内容脱离生活、方式单一、评价僵化、家校社协同不足),结合初中学生的心理发展特点,从“生活化课程构建、多元化路径创新、健全评价体系、深化家校社协同”四个维度,提出具有实操性的优化策略,为提升初中德育实效、培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人提供参考。

Research on the Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Paths of Moral Education in Junior High Schools in the New Era

Abstract:The junior high school stage is a critical period for adolescents to shape their worldview, outlook on life, and values. As the core carrier for implementing the fundamental task of“ fostering virtue through education”, moral education is directly related to the cultivation of adolescents’ sound personalities. Against the backdrop of educational reform in the New Era (in-cluding
the“ Double Reduction” policy and the orientation toward key competencies), this paper analyzes the current practical situation and prominent problems of moral education in junior high schools—such as content being disconnected from real life, single-dimensional methods, rigid evaluation mechanisms, and insufficient collaboration among families, schools, and society. Taking into account the psychological development characteristics of junior high school students, the paper proposes practical optimization strategies from four dimensions:“ construction of life-oriented courses, innovation of diversified approaches, im-provement
of the evaluation system, and deepening of family-school-society collaboration”. These strategies aim to provide references for enhancing the effectiveness of moral education in junior high schools and nurturing new-era talents who can un-dertake
the mission of national rejuvenation.
